Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
We may offer free trial periods for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may be required to provide payment information to start a free trial.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
You retain all ownership rights to the content, data, and information you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We may process your User Content, including documents and invoices, using AI-powered services (such as Google Gemini) to extract data and provide features of the Service. By uploading content, you consent to such processing.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through the Service.
Our Service uses AI-powered tools to process documents and extract data. While we strive for accuracy, AI processing may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data and information. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-processed content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAIMTRACK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or failures of third-party services.
